1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise able to form a binding agreement, to use Unloop. If you access the app on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Unloop is a premium behavioral reconditioning application designed to provide structured assessments, reset protocols, prompts, and reflection tools. Unloop is not therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or medical advice, and it does not diagnose any condition.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscription Terms

Some features of Unloop require a paid subscription or other purchase. Subscription options, billing intervals, and pricing will be shown to you in the app before purchase. Premium access may include the full protocol, reassessment features, and ongoing support-related functionality.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or unless otherwise stated by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

5. Billing, Renewals, and App Store Disclaimer

Payments for in-app subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, not directly by us. Apple may charge your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and for renewals within the 24-hour period before the current subscription term ends.

We may use RevenueCat or a comparable provider to validate receipts, determine subscription status, and manage entitlements. Apple is not responsible for the operation of Unloop itself, customer support, maintenance, or claims relating to the app except as required under applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related systems.
• Use automation, scraping, or abusive activity that impairs service integrity or availability.
• Upload harmful code, impersonate others, or misuse support channels.
• Use Unloop as a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, medical, or crisis support.

7. Intellectual Property

Unloop, including its software, content, text, design, branding, graphics, protocols, and related materials, is owned by its publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8. User Content and Feedback

You retain rights to the content you submit to the app, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Unloop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback for product improvement without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unloop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher of Unloop and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Unloop.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to Unloop will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the app during the twelve months before the claim arose or USD $100.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Unloop if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using Unloop at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Unloop at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Unloop after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
