You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppCognita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
