Competo is a team fitness motivation app that uses Apple Watch activity data to support group challenges, rankings, and progress tracking.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information.
- Protect your login credentials and account access.
- Use the app lawfully and without harming other users.
3. Prohibited Use
- No reverse engineering, exploitation, or unauthorized access.
- No abusive behavior, fraud, or malicious interference.
- No use that violates laws, rights, or platform rules.
4. Intellectual Property
Competo software, branding, and product assets are owned by AppCognita and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers and Liability
Competo is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. AppCognita is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
6. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
